I think that the Space Marine “thingy” is very small compared to the rest of the budy. And are not in the mood to have sex, except with their bolter.
They have no interests for women, there’s no sex drive!!! ...
Although I can imagine that the Space Wolf has a sex drive, he is going crazy if he smells someone in heat with his seven senses and in meadrush…

On the other hand, the Blood Angels are just up on days to have if the woman doesn’t want to have.
You know what I mean. 
And you don’t wanna tell me that Mephiston, who is imho with his blond perm is the perfect Dieter Bohlen – double, is has not the hots for his groupis ?!?

The Salamanders do it slow-paced and gently… and great is that the best “friend” of a Salamander grows again if it is going lost, because Xavier has found him during his sextime.

The Dark Angels are not so guiltless, you know… Or do you really think that the Inner Circle wearing shorts under their robes?! ... Even the Marines with power armor and robe are wearing just a whole body underwear and from the armor just arm parts, shoulder pads, leg armor till no more than the knee and maybe a helmet! …Ezekiel for example: Look at him in side view.. he’s so slim under his robe, actually he’s just wearing the shoes of the power armor and is completely nude under his robe. And since Asmodai knows that, he does it like the other guy.

The only Marines where I guess there’s not even a wisp of sexual laxity or any creativity are the Ultras. Unless Marneus orders that.

So… at last some words to my own opinion:
The very idea, that the great Space Marine superwarrior stands proud on a hill of dead bodies, who is never thinking about girls and women and has just a small one which is bothering him during a fight… hmm well, what should I say… I don’t like it… That’s why I’m decided in favour for the Space Wolves, cuz they have some things from the wolf… I mean wildness, eyetooth and stuff… I persuade myself that these things give them a certain sex drive.
