I'm sure you know what I mean it is the same procedure in every Warhammer 40k-Forum. In each forum you'll find mininum one thread with this theme... mostly with the same arguments...

But some posting are so funny to read, that I thought I make little sketches to some postings.

This is an excerpt from a german warhammer-forum...crazy fellows. Because some of you haven't foreign language competences in german I made an effort to translate the postings.

So I wish you allot of fun by this and... same procedure as every upload with english text by me:

Well, I had read a short story, there were a SM with children, he has been executed for this. But isn't GW, just fan-fluff and so not valid.

And I don't think, that they don't know what sex is. They see allot of the world (universe), to have to see a considerable degree and even if not, something would have been give a message. Because SMs are genetically upgraded,  it would be really interesting what will happen if they do it with normal human women. It would be depend if the modified genes will dominant or recessive. It could be born as a normal human, as SM without implants or a hybrid.

I think, that a SM with the (hormonally) remodeling of their body a) can't do it and b) probably hasn't no „interesting“ in that. For what? He can't produce „new SMs“. Second, these things just distract them from the more important things… The guys don’t need of sex deprivation for increase the aggressivity, cuz in the future thousands of years they have much effective drugs, if religious enthusiasm suffices…

Third, anyway each potential “female pairing candidate” would roar with laughing if she sees the SM naked… I can’t imagine that the Empire waste/use resources for the size of regenerative organ stack up against to the rest of the body…

Whereat celibacy says nothing about the physical possibilities. SM reproduce themselves with the glans, so normally they have no need to improve one of their most “important part” of the body, it would be stay normal.

You will find nothing in the GW-fluff, thanks to hush up. Not even Orcs can have sex what was possible in the past times^^. I would say everyone can have his/her own imagine about that, who wants to be creative in literary or artistic things. But it should say nothing against that. But in their active “Chaptertime” may they live in celibacy at all points.

And there’s nothing with dominant-recessive things, they get just special implants. And about “Superballs” for reproducing there was nothing write down in the old implantlists . Therefore there would be born just normal kiddies. Possibly more robust, but definitive no SMs.  If the SMs would hand their sperm examples out, you needn’t this intricrate bull***t with the glands. Therefore it wouldn’t be hereditaly in this way.

I guess in Index-Astartes they say that the SMs are sterile by this chemo shit… and because of the monk-aspect they don’t go for that… but maybe the Space Wolves….

I just  wonder if the Slaanesh Marines do that, because I can’t imagine that they live in celibacy but I can’t remember if in the book of the Rune Prophet they say something about that.

-It doesn’t matter. By this mass of  additional adipose and hormones it could be possible that these things get bigger. I just guess that they a) are steril by chemo b) The growing up of this could be avoid, because it would be bothering inside of the armor.

Well at last the guys are all abstinent.

I’m in agreement that they are all castrated, why to have something which is not to use and painful if you hurt it? O.o Besides I think it is a too big risk to bleed to death with a well-supplied with blood thing… if Marines can bleed to death? O.o

Well, by these procedures to make an human to a SM, there is nowhere mentioned that they remove the gametes or make them inoperative or stuff. That is why I assume a general efficiency of the regenerative organ.

Relating to the size: Well, I’m pretty sure that a SM-Pee-pee will grow up with the rest of the body.  The body gets growth hormones, what makes a human bigger… and a penis grows with it. That the skin gets harder, the bones thicker and the eyes better etc., this is due to that the Marine gets more additional implants which supporting the growth of the available organs.

Should a Marine really makes a child with a woman, it would be likely a normal human. A Marine is a genetically improved human, but these improvements are produced from the implants. Marines don’t get injections with virus which change the genetic makeup that the body of a Marine makes his own implants.

To say if you pull a Marine hair off, then the genetic profile should be the same like before the human becomes a Marine. The geneseed which is, if a Marine falls in combat, send back to his chapter has been extracted by the glants which absorbs that what the rest of the implants secret on genetic material.

Hence I think that a Marine can have sex, but because of his size to try to have sex would be like the try to drive a truck through an underground garage.

However I can imagine that a Marine going to  be sterile by diverse drugs and surgeries during his life.

As per the lexicanum website Uriel Ventris could be the descendant of Lucian Ventris… both were  Ultramarines… and if that even possible by the Ultramarines….
